Purpose

At Attach we recognise that regular attendance at your scheduled appointment requires a high level of commitment from all parties involved. We do our best to accommodate and be flexible to meet your individual and family needs. Regular attendance and commitment by all parties allows program and goal achievement and helps you with scheduling any other appointments you may have. As we put this time aside for you, we do ask that you let us know if you are unable attend your scheduled appointment 48 or more hours prior to avoid a cancellation fee. We therefore urge you to be proactive in attending scheduled appointments. Should you miss an appointment (no show) without informing Attach for your first appointment, full payment in advance for your next session is required. Please note, if your scheduled appointment is occurring at a third-party venue, for instance, at school or kinder, it is the parent/carer’s responsibility to notify the location.

To assist in reducing cancellation fees, reminders for scheduled appointments are sent out via email three days prior to your scheduled appointment.
